Updates Galore!

Why hello again!Its been a long time hasn't it.I have still been working actually, just not on this blog, heres to updating again! Many projects have come up as well, my youtube channel has them but not here, so here we go.

First, The Transatlantic film, for 360-365, unfortunately I didn't not place in the contest, but this was one fun film to make, and my brother and i collaborated on this one. here it is!

2nd, one for my hometown, Rochester. here.

I have two new claymations that will be streaming before the end of the summer, one is going to be for fun, a simple blueclayman one and another for the high falls film festival with high hopes that it will end up on top! thats all for now, the new movies will be up soon.

I have now finally and officially upgraded from my out of date 2006 macbook to a new macbook pro! Got the beauty from a fellow Ben and spent the last of my claymation winnings on it! Its loaded to the brim with new software that many new and greater claymations are soon to come out of! Boinx IStopmotion here i come!

I havent posted in a long time so I figured I would. Im still making claymations but i have started crew so I havent had much time to make any new ones. Once again if You have any ideas for me post 'em! Also if you have any feedback for my claymations its gladly appreciated. The high falls film festival was a coulple weeks ago and my brother enterd a video and got 3rd place. Another contest is coming up soon and the theme will hopefully be released soon and when that does come out I will have to start up on a new movie!

Last night we went to ONE restaurant in the City and got to see all the movies in a screening room. After that they showed the winners on the big screen. My movie got FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it because there were some good movies. I really liked the one with the dog that ran away. You can see it on tv here and here . You can see all the movies here . We are going to the Char Pit tomorrow night for dinner and hopefully I will see Russ and get a lollypop.

I recently entered a contest for Rochester's 175 anniversary with a newer morphing claymation that has been posted on youtube Here. The movies have been being judged for a couple weeks now and I have made it to the top 3!!!!!! I wold love your support on the video and on my channel! My brother got his new HD camera that he is obsessing over so i scored his old $750 camera for $165! It is a Panasonic PV-GS320 and its got better quality than my other camera.

I finally got time to make that alien claymation...its not much but its something! I finished it and still have to put voices to it though. have any ideas for claymations? if so comment and tell me your story! If I like it I might create it into a claymation!!

I finally got all the junk out of the basement and my studio is huge and looks great!! I have still got that alien short in the back of my mind and I have finished the rough storyboards so that should come soon if I get down there and to work...:P Aug. 8th and 9th is lockapalooza! Im feeling a little sad that I don't have a claymation done about the kayaking but not that bad. haha i have been building small fantasy/ medieval miniatures just for fun(inspired by the book i am reading... The Hobbit by J.R.R TOLKIEN love it!) unfortunately I have ran out of baking clay. I will post some pics of them soon enough. please add comments or anything you can thin of!!

finally!!! school is over for the summer and i found out why no one has seen many of my videos..there not posted on youtube or anywhere!!! I looked through my stopmotion folder and there are tons of good stopmotions!! So I ended up on a uploading spree and I uploaded 9 out of many movies to youtube go here to my youtube account and check them out!!

School is almost over and my basement studio is a disaster!! over the summer i am going to completely redo it and the i have a few projects in mind :) I have a few ides swimming around in mind, some even have to do with aliens o_O

sorry i have not made any stopmotions or posted in a long time but hopefully soon after school is over i will have more time and update more. I am hoping to create some new clay animations with some old alien models ect. so hope fully my creative juices will start flowing!!

The movie that never ends (Lockapalooza Rodeo) is going to be at the High Falls Film Festival tonight! We got to see it yesterday on the big screen WOW was that cool! It was in the Children's Shorts from around the World.

It is at the Little Theatre on East Avenue and tonight admission is FREE... come see it.

Hey its claydogh, just updating a little umm... oh ya i got a sweet wacom bamboo pad its awesome and its great because it comes with a pen and you hover above the pad to move and touch it to click so it is great for photoshop but i'm still getting the hang of it ad im also still working on other things so ill see u later!!

Ok I am an amature animator but I made 5 minute white water kayaking claymation for lockapalooza (white water kayaking festival) and made 200 dollars that I
donated to lock 32. Later that year I entered my movie into a kayaking video contest (not a claymation contest) called reel kayaking film festival. Just yesterday I got the results and I was very happy. It was 6:00 in the morning and... I was screaming .. I had won 1st place for the best short video. Besides the amazing amount of publicity I will get on my web, I won 500 dollars! ...I was stunned when I saw it and said immediatly .. its going to clay animation... ok ok and a college fund or a car.. soo I am verrry happy... wow this is a big entry.. hey well I haven't posted in a while..oh well bye!!!! HI AGAIN!!!!Ok I hope u liked the claymations with the stickfas I have been posting. I just saw transformers.. ..wow..that is an awesome movie and if u haven't already seen it I HIGHLY recommend it!! My brother is in Chile right now for world class kayaking academy and there blog for Chile's trip here here is an AMSZING pic of him and other kids he is the one on the left

I'm only eleven so I'm not that good at claymation so I got a person who wants to work with me over the summer! He is experienced in claymation and is actually working on a clamation for MTV which is awesome! I am making my basement into a studio and I'm hopefully meeting him next week!
